Q3 Onboard Your AI
EARLY ENROLLMENT NOW OPEN!

Mondays (6:30-9:30pm EST) 4 Weeks
October 19th-November 9th, 2026 (6 Students Max)

AI knows more than you. It does not know better than you. Most people use AI like a search engine with a personality. They type something in, get something back, and wonder why it sounds like everyone else. That's not an AI problem. That's an onboarding problem. You haven't taught it who you are, how you work, or what good looks like to you.

In this 4-session live online course, you'll set up AI to work with you, for you, and like you. You'll build the documents, the voice guide, and the workspace that make every AI tool smarter the moment you open it. No jargon. No copy-paste-and-hope. Just a practical, creative approach to making AI actually useful for your work and your life.

This one's for anyone who feels overwhelmed, curious, or unsure where to start, especially if you're in marketing, advertising, or a creative role.

What You'll Learn

  • Know Why You're Reaching for AI
Before you can use AI well, you need to understand why you're using it at all. Is it a time problem? A bandwidth problem? A capability gap? A confidence issue? The answer changes everything about how much control you should keep and how much you can hand over. You'll learn to make that call intentionally, not by default.

  • Make It Sound Like You
AI output sounds like AI because you haven't taught it how you sound. You'll analyze your own writing, identify what makes it yours, and build a voice guide that any AI tool can use to write with you, not just for you. The result: outputs that sound like they came from your brain, not a content mill.

  • Build a Workspace That Remembers
Instead of starting every conversation from scratch, you'll set up a dedicated AI workspace loaded with your personal foundation doc, your voice guide, and custom instructions. One setup. Every conversation after that starts with AI already knowing who you are and how you work.

What We'll Cover

  • SESSION 1: The Mindset Shift

Think of yourself as the boss, and AI as your extremely intelligent, overeager, slightly egotistical new hire.
Why AI gives generic output and what you can do about it. You'll learn the Four Reasons people reach for AI (Time, Bandwidth, Capability, Confidence) and how to decide what to hand over vs. what to keep using the Outsource-to-Own Spectrum. You'll also learn how to spot AI-generated content so nothing you create looks like you used AI.
You'll leave with: Your personal foundation doc started.

  • SESSION 2: What AI Can, Can't, and Shouldn't Do

Know what to hand it, what to keep, and how to make it actually push back.
AI should Amplify your thinking, Accelerate your progress, and Automate your workflows. It will also lie to you, hallucinate, and tell you everything you do is amazing. This session covers the failure modes, how to catch each one, and how to get honest, useful feedback from a tool that's designed to agree with you.
You'll leave with: Your AI Ain't Loyal reference guide

  • SESSION 3: Make it Sound Like You

Most AI output sounds like AI because it's mostly AI.
This session shows you how to change that. You'll analyze your own writing across three layers (Surface, Structure, Soul), push back on what AI gets wrong, and build a voice guide that teaches AI how to write with you. You'll test it in real time and refine until it actually sounds right.
You'll leave with: Your voice guide (my-voice.md)

  • SESSION 4: Activate

Everything you've built, now working together.
You've taught it who you are. You've taught it how you sound. Now you bring it all into a dedicated AI workspace, a Claude Project, ChatGPT Custom GPT, or Gemini Gem, that you set up once and starts every conversation already knowing you. You'll build it live, test it, and feel the difference.
You'll leave with: Your first AI workspace, ready to use

About the Course

Day TBD (6:30-9:30pm EST) 4-Weeks

This course is not about becoming an AI expert. It's about making AI work for you, specifically, starting now.

Most AI courses teach you tools. This one teaches you thinking. The kind of thinking that works whether you're using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or whatever comes next. You'll learn how to approach AI as a collaborator, not a magic box, and build the foundation that makes every interaction better from the first message.

No prior AI experience required. If you've tried AI once or twice and thought "this isn't for me," this is exactly for you. If you've been using it but everything still sounds generic, this is also for you.

Time commitment:2-3 hours per week (live sessions + building your documents)

Prerequisites:None. Just bring your laptop and your curiosity. We'll handle the rest.

Creative Direct Your AI or Onboard Your AI

Not sure which course is right for you?

Read through the statements below and count how many feel true.

1. I feel overwhelmed by the whole thing and need a foundation to build on and strategies to evolve.

2. I use AI regularly but I can't always get consistency or figure out how to get more of what I want.

3. I have complicated feelings about AI and my work. I don't want to lose my edge. I don't fully trust the hype. And honestly, part of me thinks leaning on it too much is cheating.

4. I'm already using AI at work. I just know I'm not getting nearly as much out of it as I should be.

5. I've got real deliverables and high standards - pitches, campaigns, content - and "good enough" isn't an option.

6. I want to understand what AI can do and figure out if and how it fits in my life.

7. Something about handing creative decisions to a machine feels wrong to me, even when it saves time.

4 or more yes: Head on over to our advanced course [Enroll in Creative Direct Your AI]
4 or more no: You're in the right place. [Onboard Your AI]
Right in the middle: If you're a creative who wants to use AI in your work, Creative Direct Your AI is where you want to be. If not, Onboard Your AI should put enough fuel in your tank.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, i’m Neisha Tweed Bell. I spent the first quarter of my life within 68 square miles surrounded by ocean, and have spent the rest of it in spaces I never imagined: from Singapore to Senegal, speaking at Cannes and in corporate boardrooms, creating for brands from AARP to Pfizer. What carried me across all of it wasn't any one tool or trend. It was knowing how to evaluate what's working, elevate what isn't, and sell the vision. That's the crux of what I teach -- and it's exactly what we're going to do with AI.

I'll show you how to creative direct AI, not just prompt, copy, paste, or regenerate endlessly. That means knowing what you want before you ask, knowing what's missing when you get it back, and knowing when to push for better.

My secret sauce is breaking down complex topics into relatable, repeatable frameworks that actually take things to the next level. I built Meta's Health Creative vertical from one workshop to $1B in sales with zero pharma experience. I pioneered an inclusive creative practice that delivered an 80% increase in ad recall across global campaigns. I've taught hundreds of people who are now executives and still carry the frameworks I shared with them years ago.

This course is different from most out there -- it's live, high-touch, hands-on, and walks you through the entire creative process from brief to brainstorm to building a moodboard to putting together your deck. You'll leave with tangible skills to get the most out of your AI work, plus the confidence to walk into any room knowing exactly where you stand, what you bring, and why that matters more than the tools ever will.

What Students Are Saying

Real words from creatives who sharpened their skills and found new ways of working.

“I now have custom GPTs built for my specific workflow. When I look at how far I've come from just basic prompting, I'm honestly blown away by the depth I've reached.”

Jamar Woods, Copywriter

“I've used every single thing I learned in this class in every aspect of my life. It's knowledge I would take over and over again. You can't put a price on it.”

Ashae Annett, Art Director

“A big reason why I wanted to take this course and not other ones I've been reading about is that I don't want to just learn how to use the tool. I want to learn how to use the tool in a way that's going to benefit me as a creative director without compromising my creative.”

Lindsay Zarczynski, Creative Director

“Neisha's teaching style is exceptional. She creates an environment that's both engaging and supportive -- and her genuine concern for her students' growth, both personally and creatively, sets her apart.”

Harper Herman, Copywriter

“I'm no longer thinking I need AI. I'm thinking how AI needs me.”

Destiny Esposito, Creative Director

FAQ

  • Do I need any experience with AI?

No. This course starts from the beginning. If you've never used ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI tool, you'll be fine. If you've been dabbling but everything still sounds generic, you'll get just as much out of it.

  • What if I'm already pretty comfortable with AI?

If you haven't built a personal foundation doc, a voice guide, or a dedicated workspace, there's still a lot here for you. Most people skip the setup and go straight to asking AI for things. This course builds the layer that makes everything else work better.

  • What AI tools will we use?

The course is tool-agnostic. We'll reference ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, but the frameworks work with any AI tool. You'll set up your workspace on whichever platform you prefer.

  • Is this the same as Creative Direct Your AI?

No. Onboard Your AI is about getting your foundation set up: teaching AI who you are, how you sound, and building a workspace that remembers. Creative Direct Your AI goes deeper into strategy, briefing, visual storytelling, and campaign development. If you take this course and want to keep going, that's where you'd head next, but they're designed as standalone courses for different goals.

  • How much time should I expect to spend outside of class?

About 1-2 hours per week working on your documents and workspace. Most of the building happens in class.

  • Won't AI get better on its own?

Yes, but it still won't know who you are. The tools will change. The foundation you build here won't.
