Creative Direction for AI

Wednesdays (6:30-8:30pm EST) & Saturdays (1:00pm-2:00pm)
March 31-June 20, 2026 (6 Students Max)

AI isn't the magic, you are.

In this 12-week live online course, you'll learn to think and work like a creative director -- treating AI like your junior team member, a partner that helps give you more time to do the things you love: big thinking and making things. You'll gain a new set of skills that will make you faster, stronger, and better no matter what AI tool you use. By the end, you'll know how to collaborate better, get to stronger ideas, produce the images you want, create the videos you dream of, and put together a presentation that can sell it. This one's for creative professionals who are skeptical, curious, or overwhelmed and want to get a real grasp on how AI can uplevel their creative process — and how they can uplevel AI's outputs.

PREREQUISITES: This is for intermediate-level creatives—not experts, and not folks looking to go deep on any particular tool or skill. This is about understanding the thinking and ways to approach partnering with AI more strategically so you get better results. It's tool-agnostic, meaning the thinking applies anywhere.

What We'll Cover

  • MODULE 1: Onboarding Your AI Creative Partner

Why AI gives you generic outputs—and how to set up foundational documents, workspaces, and briefs that get you consistent, strategic results from the start. You'll learn how AI thinks, what creative directors do, and how to pressure-test ideas before executing.

  • MODULE 2: Visual Thinking & Execution

Why you get different results every time you generate—and how to lock visual consistency using Hero Shots, visual standards, and the Brief → Iterate → Elevate workflow. You'll cast your character once and maintain that look across every image.

  • MODULE 3: Consistency in Motion

Why characters drift in video—and how to storyboard, brief, and direct AI video that maintains the same look, energy, and brand feel throughout. You'll learn to use keyframes and movement vocabulary to keep motion content consistent.

  • MODULE 4: Building Presentations with AI

How to use AI for deck structure while adding the narrative flow, strategic framing, and polish that makes it land. You'll learn where AI helps (structure) and where you add value (soul).

About the Course

Wednesdays (6:30-8:30pm EST) & Saturdays (1:00-2:00pm))

This course isn't about AI. It's about creativity, problem solving, strategizing, and learning how to apply the essential skills of creative direction to work better with AI. Without the jargon, video tutorials with no Q&A, copy and paste prompts, and over-hyped AI will solve all your problems bs.

AI is great and can do great things, but YOU are greater -- and when you learn how to make AI work with and for you, you'll really start cooking. Why creative direction? Because your AI team member gets better when you set the strategy, brief effectively (not just prompt), and know how to iterate to get better work. By the end, you'll have frameworks and systems to work across AI tools and platforms, pressure-test your ideas, elevate your outputs, and get more quality content more consistently -- without sacrificing the creative integrity and magic that you and only you bring to the table.

You should have some comfort with at least one AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). We won't be going deep on any one platform -- the focus is on the thinking that makes every tool work better.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD: You'll work on one project throughout—a creator campaign—to practice the frameworks. This isn't about creating a portfolio piece. It's about building the thinking and systems you'll apply to every project after this.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, i’m Neisha Tweed Bell. I spent the first quarter of my life within 68 square miles surrounded by ocean, and have spent the rest of it in spaces I never imagined: from Singapore to Senegal, speaking at Cannes and in corporate boardrooms, creating for brands from AARP to Pfizer. What carried me across all of it wasn't any one tool or trend. It was knowing how to evaluate what's working, elevate what isn't, and sell the vision. That's the crux of what I teach -- and it's exactly what we're going to do with AI.

I'll show you how to creative direct AI, not just prompt, copy, paste, or regenerate endlessly. That means knowing what you want before you ask, knowing what's missing when you get it back, and knowing when to push for better.

My secret sauce is breaking down complex topics into relatable, repeatable frameworks that actually take things to the next level. I built Meta's Health Creative vertical from one workshop to $1B in sales with zero pharma experience. I pioneered an inclusive creative practice that delivered an 80% increase in ad recall across global campaigns. I've taught hundreds of people who are now executives and still carry the frameworks I shared with them years ago.

This course is different from most out there -- it's live, high-touch, hands-on, and walks you through the entire creative process from brief to brainstorm to building a moodboard to putting together your deck. You'll leave with tangible skills to get the most out of your AI work, plus the confidence to walk into any room knowing exactly where you stand, what you bring, and why that matters more than the tools ever will.

What Students Are Saying

Real words from creatives who sharpened their skills and found new ways of working.

“I now have custom GPTs built for my specific workflow. When I look at how far I've come from just basic prompting, I'm honestly blown away by the depth I've reached.”

Jamar Woods, Copywriter

“Her ability to blend creativity, strategy, and cultural awareness is unmatched. Every session left me inspired to push my boundaries. She has a rare talent for making people and ideas better.”

Marko Medic, Art Director

“I finally understand how to use AI to get the images I need for building in Photoshop. But what really made it click was the collaborative approach -- we shared prompts, saw what worked best, and iterated together. That community learning made all the difference.”

Anthony Ferrara, Art Director

“Neisha's teaching style is exceptional. She creates an environment that's both engaging and supportive -- and her genuine concern for her students' growth, both personally and creatively, sets her apart.”

Harper Herman, Copywriter

FAQ

  • Do I need to be good at prompting AI already?

No. This course teaches you to think like a creative director first. The prompting gets better when the strategy is clear.

  • What if my company only gives us access to ChatGPT?

That's fine. The methodology works across any AI tool. We'll teach principles, not platform-specific tactics.

  • Will this work for copywriting? Or just visual work?

Both. We cover copy, visuals, video, and strategy. The creative direction framework applies to all of it.

  • What will I build during the course?

You'll work on one project throughout—a creator campaign—to practice the frameworks. This isn't about creating a portfolio piece. It's about building the thinking and systems you'll apply to every project after this.

  • How much time should I expect to spend outside of class?

Plan for 3-5 hours per week working on your class project, plus live learning time. You'll likely spend more time playing and practicing, but that's on you.

  • Is this for beginners?

Mixed level! You'll benefit whether you've been using AI for months or are just starting. The key is that you're already using AI and want to use it better.

  • Won't AI get better on its own?

Yes, but YOU are (and will always be) the best thing to happen to AI.
